~~Effective~~On ~~October~~August 2715, ~~2023~~2024, the Board approved the removal of the Fund’s non-fundamental investment guideline ~~limiting~~for the Fund to invest at least 25% of the Fund’s ~~investments~~total assets in ~~illiquid~~corporate ~~investments~~debt obligations and other corporate income-producing securities and approved the addition of a non-fundamental investment guideline for the Fund to 15invest at least 50% of the Fund’s total assets isin ~~removed~~corporate debt obligations and other corporate securities, effective September 20, 2024. The supplement to the Fund’s prospectus and statement of additional information disclosing this change is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
