~~Effective~~The ~~December 31,~~Registrant ~~2017,~~does ~~Ceres~~not ~~Managed~~have ~~Futures~~a ~~LLC,~~board ~~the~~of directors. The Registrant’s general partner, Ceres ofManaged ~~the~~Futures ~~Registrant~~LLC (the “General Partner”), ~~terminated~~is ~~the~~managed ~~management agreement, dated as of December 3, 2013, as amended,~~ by ~~and among PGR Capital LLP (“PGR”), the General Partner and the Registrant, pursuant to which PGR traded~~ a ~~portion~~board of ~~the Registrant’s assets~~directors. ~~Consequently, PGR ceased all futures interest trading on behalf of the Registrant.~~

~~The~~Effective ~~General~~September 15, ~~Partner~~2018, ~~has~~M. ~~reallocated~~Paul ~~the~~Martin no ~~assets~~longer ~~formerly~~serves ~~allocated~~as toa ~~PGR~~director ~~among the remaining trading advisors~~ of the ~~Registrant~~General Partner.

~~SIGNATURES~~Effective September 15, 2018, Etsuko Jennings was appointed as a director of the General Partner.

~~Pursuant~~Etsuko toJennings, age 60, has been a director of the ~~requirements~~General Partner since September 2018. She has been a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Investment Management since January 2007 and is currently head of the ~~Securities~~Operational ~~Exchange~~Risk ~~Act~~group for Morgan Stanley Investment Management’s Global Risk and Analysis division, responsible for ongoing analysis as well as reporting and mitigation of ~~1934~~operational risk. She joined Morgan Stanley in 1985 and has approximately 22 years of investment experience. Previously, she managed a variety of strategic initiatives in the ~~registrant~~Global ~~has~~Operations ~~duly~~group. ~~caused~~Before ~~this~~that, ~~report~~Ms. Jennings towas a bemember ~~signed~~of onthe ~~its~~firm’s ~~behalf~~IT bydepartment in New York, Tokyo and London where she developed and managed trading and accounting systems. She received a B.A. from Keio University’s School of Letters/International Program in Japan and an M.A. in international relations from the ~~undersigned~~University ~~hereunto~~of ~~duly~~North ~~authorized~~Carolina at Chapel Hill.
