Other Events.

Class A Distributions

On March 16, 2017, the board of directors (the “Board”) of NexPoint Multifamily Capital Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) authorized the declaration of a special distribution to the Company’s Class A stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 16, 2017 of $0.0246 per Class A share, which is an amount equal to a daily distribution of $0.00164 per Class A share of common stock, for the period of March 1, 2017 to March 15, 2017. The Board also approved and authorized the declaration of a daily distribution to the Company’s Class A stockholders of record as of the close of business on each day of the period commencing on March 16, 2017 and ending June 30, 2017. The distributions will be calculated based on 365 days in the calendar year and will be equal to $0.00164 per share of Class A common stock per day. Distributions for all record dates of a given month will be paid approximately three days following month end. The distributions will be payable to stockholders from legally available funds therefor.
