Item 1.01.

Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On ~~September~~February 2015, ~~2016~~2017, Volkswagen Auto Lease Trust 2015-A (the “Issuer”) and Citibank, N.A., as indenture trustee (the “Indenture Trustee”), entered into Supplement No. 13 to Indenture (the “Amendment”), dated as of ~~September~~ February 2015, ~~2016~~2017, pursuant to which the Indenture, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee was amended.

Item 6.03.

Change in Credit Enhancement or Other External Support.

Pursuant to the Amendment, the ~~definition~~Indenture ~~of “Targeted Reserve Account Balance”~~ was amended to ~~increase~~provide ~~the~~that ~~amount~~funds ~~on deposit~~ in the reserve account ~~from~~ ~~$8,554,597.24~~may tobe ~~$80,554,597.24.~~used Infor ~~addition, on September 20, 2016, Volkswagen Auto Lease/Loan Underwritten Funding, LLC,~~ the ~~sole~~payment ~~certificateholder~~ of the ~~Issuer,~~regular ~~made~~principal adistribution ~~voluntary~~amount, ~~capital contribution~~ to the ~~Issuer~~extent ~~in the form~~ of ~~a deposit~~shortfalls ~~to the reserve account~~ in ~~the~~collections ~~amount~~available ~~of $72,000,000~~therefor.~~00,~~ ~~bringing the amount on deposit in the reserve account to $80,554,597.24.~~
