On ~~October~~December 249, 2016, Nuveen, an operating division of TIAA Global Asset Management, announced ~~the~~that ~~expiration of the public comment period for the review by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) of the proposed new exchange rule pursuant to which shares of~~ Nuveen Diversified Commodity Fund (“CFD”) and Nuveen Long/Short Commodity Total Return Fund (“CTF,” and together with CFD, the “Funds”) ~~would~~intend ~~trade~~to ~~upon~~liquidate ~~conversion~~and ofdistribute ~~each~~their ~~respective~~net ~~Fund~~assets ~~into~~to anshareholders. ~~exchange-traded~~Each ~~fund~~Fund ~~(ETF)~~trades on NYSE MKT.
