On ~~October~~September 2521, 2016, ~~Atlas America Public #12-2003 Limited Partnership (~~the ~~“Partnership”)~~sole ~~entered~~member ~~into an Assignment and Bill~~ of ~~Sale (the “Assignment”) with~~ Atlas Resources, LLC, ~~its~~the managing general partner (the “Managing General Partner”), ~~and the~~of ~~other~~Atlas ~~assignees~~America ~~party~~Public ~~thereto.~~#12-2003 ~~Pursuant~~Limited toPartnership (the ~~Assignment~~“Partnership”), expanded the ~~Partnership~~board ~~assigned~~of ~~all~~directors of ~~its assets to~~ the Managing General Partner in(the ~~exchange~~“Board”) ~~for~~from ~~the~~two ~~Managing~~to ~~General~~five ~~Partner’s~~directors. ~~assumption~~In ofaddition ~~all~~to ofexisting ~~the~~directors ~~Partnership’s~~Freddie ~~liabilities.~~Kotek and ~~Furthermore~~Daniel Herz, ~~the~~Gary ~~Assignment~~Lichtenstein, ~~provides~~Chris ~~that,~~Shebby ~~promptly~~and ~~following~~Jeffrey ~~the~~Slotterback ~~effective~~were ~~time~~added as members of the ~~Assignment~~Board.
