Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 12, 2011, Integral Systems, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the fiscal quarter ended April 1, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
