On January 5, 2009, Platinum Research Organization, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter via email from Ben duPont notifying the Company of his resignation, effective as of January 5, 2009, from the Board of Directors of the Company. The text of Mr. duPont’s resignation letter follows:
