Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On March 6, 2007, American Home Mortgage Investment Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing supplemental information regarding the FICO credit scores, loan to value ratios and mortgage insurance for its mortgage loan holdings and originations, by product type, in addition to delinquency statistics for its mortgage loan holdings of Pay Option ARM loans. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
