On December 12, 2006, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP delivered its tax opinion with respect to the issuance and sale of $300,000,000 of additional Class A(2006-7) CHASEseries Notes, to be issued by the Chase Issuance Trust.
