On June 13, 2006, Mercury Interactive Corporation (the “Company”) (OTC: MERQ) announced the completion of its acquisition of service desk and ITIL-based technology and research and development resources from Vertical Solutions, Inc. and Tefensoft Inc. A copy of the press release issued by the Company on June 13, 2006 announcing the completion of the above-mentioned transactions is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
