On June 14, 2005, National Wine & Spirits, Inc. (the “Company”) issued the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. The press release is incorporated herein by reference. Prior to the issuance of this release, the Company inadvertently issued a version of the release containing typographical errors in certain of the revenue figures. The erroneous release has been replaced on the relevant news services by the correct release attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
