The Reporting Person is the registered owner of 80% of the issued and outstanding shares of Hakman Capital Corporation and each of his two children (neither of whom lives in the Reporting Person's household) a registered owner of 10% of the issued and outstanding shares of Hakman Capital Corporation. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the 20% owned by his children.
