On February 16, 2021, AeroGrow International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s operational results for the three and nine months ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release announcing the Company’s operational results for the three and nine months ended December 31, 2020, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
