Item 3.01. Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing

Delphax Technologies Inc. announced today that its common stock will be delisted from The NASDAQ Stock Market and will cease trading on NASDAQ effective at the closing on May 7, 2008. The Company will seek to have its common stock quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board.
