New Product Available for Shipment - On February 5, 2007, Delphax Technologies Inc. announced that its next-generation digital press, the CR2200, is available for shipment. The CR2200 operates at 500 feet, or up to 2,180 8.5X11-inch pages, per minute at 600-by-600 dpi. Full text of the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
