~~The~~On ~~registrant~~October ~~has~~8, ~~released~~2025, ~~its~~the ~~operating~~Board ~~results~~of Directors ~~for~~of First Real Estate Investment Trust of New Jersey, Inc. (“FREIT” or the ~~fiscal~~“Trust”) declared a fourth quarter dividend ~~ended~~of ~~July~~$0.10 31per share on the Common Stock of the Trust to holders of record of said shares at the close of business on December 1, 2025. The ~~Press~~payment ~~Release~~date isfor ~~included~~the asdividend ~~Exhibit~~is 99December 15, 2025.1 The Board of Directors will continue to ~~this~~evaluate ~~Form~~the dividend on a quarterly basis and there can be no assurance that dividends will be declared for any future period. In addition, the amount of the dividend declared on October 8-K, 2025 is not necessarily indicative of the amount of any dividends that may be declared in the future.
