	99.1	~~99.~~Distribution to holders of the PreferredPLUS Trust Series CTR-1 on December 15, 2011.	~~Exercise of call warrants and distributions to holders of the PreferredPLUS Trust Series CTR-1 on June 15, 2011.~~
			On May 13, 2011, we received a notice of exercise from the holder of the call warrants for PreferredPLUS Trust Series CTR-1, which specified that the call warrant holder intended to exercise 540,000 of its warrants and call trust certificates with an aggregate stated amount of $13,500,000. On June 15, 2011, the exercise date of the call warrants, we distributed the aggregate exercise price of $13,500,000.00 representing, with respect to the Class A trust certificates, $13,500,000.00 with respect to the principal amount due. On June 15, 2011, the call warrantholder effected an optional exchange and exchanged 540,000 of the outstanding PreferredPLUS Trust Certificates Series CTR-1 for a corresponding amount of underlying securities held by the trust.
