On March 5, 2026, Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
