On October 23, 2025, Newmont Corporation, a Delaware corporation, issued a news release announcing its results and related information for its third quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this Item 2.02.
