On or about February 24, 2026, South Dakota Soybean Processors, LLC published and sent a newsletter to its members containing unaudited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025. The newsletter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
