(the “Company”) entered into a Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as~~ of ~~August~~Computational 1, 2004 (the “Agreement”) among the Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp. as depositor, (the “Depositor”), U.S. Bank, National Association, as trustee (in such capacity, the “Trustee”), Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as a servicer (in such capacity, a “Serivcer”), master servicer (in such capacity, the “Master Servicer”) and as trust administrator (in such capacity, the “Trust Administrator”), DLJ Mortgage Capital, Inc., as a seller (in such capacity, a “Seller”), Washington Mutual Mortgage Securities Corp., as a seller (in such capacity, a “Seller”) and a servicer (in such capacity, a “Servicer”), GreenPoint Mortgage Funding, Inc. as a seller and a servicer as a seller (in such capacity, a “Seller”) and a servicer (in such capacity, a “Servicer”) and Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. (“SPS”), as a servicer and special servicer as a servicer (in such capacity, a “Serivcer”) and as special servicer (in such capacity, the “Special Servicer”) providing for the issuance of the CSFB Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-5. The Certificates were issued on August 30, 2004. The Pooling and Servicing Agreement is annexed hereto as Exhibit 99.1.Materials

~~Item~~Pursuant 9to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, concurrently with, or subsequent to, the filing of this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”), Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Acceptance Corp.~~01. Financial~~ ~~Statements~~(the “Company”) is filing a prospectus and ~~Exhibits~~prospectus supplement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to its Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Acceptance Corp., CSFB Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-7.

In connection with the offering of the CSFB Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-7, Credit Suisse First Boston LLC (a“CSFB”), as underwriter of the Certificates, has prepared certain materials (the “Computational Materials”) for distribution to their potential investors. Although the Company provided CSFB with certain information regarding the characteristics of the Mortgage Loans in the related portfolio, the Company did not participate in the preparation of the Computational Materials.
