On July 8, 2020 Forescout Technologies, Inc. issued a press release announcing its preliminary unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020, based upon preliminary unaudited financial information. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
