Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective September 4, 2018, David A. Hanson voluntarily resigned as Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Operating Officer of United Development Funding Income Fund V (the “Trust”). His resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Board of Trustees or the Trust on any matter relating to the Trust’s operations, policies or practices.
