On ~~June~~February 282, ~~2016~~2017, ~~United Development Funding~~ ~~Income Fund V (~~the ~~“Trust”)~~board ~~engaged~~of ~~EisnerAmper~~trustees ~~LLP as the Trust’s independent registered public accounting firm. During the years ended December 31, 2014 and 2015, and during the subsequent interim period through the date~~ of ~~this~~United ~~Current~~Development ~~Report on~~Funding ~~Form~~Income ~~8-K,~~Fund ~~the~~V ~~Trust~~authorized ~~did not consult with EisnerAmper LLP regarding (i) the application of accounting principles to~~ a ~~specified transaction,~~cash ~~either~~distribution ~~completed or proposed, (ii) the type~~ of ~~audit~~$1.1689 ~~opinion~~per ~~that~~share ~~might~~payable ~~be rendered~~ on ~~the Trust’s financial~~ ~~statements~~February ~~by EisnerAmper LLP~~8, ~~and~~2017 ~~neither a written report nor oral advice was provided~~ to ~~the~~shareholders ~~Trust~~of ~~that~~record ~~was~~at ~~an important factor considered by~~ the ~~Trust~~close ~~in reaching a decision as to an accounting, auditing or financial reporting issue or (iii) any other matter that was the subject~~ of abusiness ~~disagreement~~on ~~between~~February ~~the Trust and its former independent registered public accounting firm or was a reportable event (as described in Item 304(a)(1)(iv) or Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K~~3, ~~respectively)~~2017.
