Regulation FD.

On October 20, 2016, Life Partners Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, Life Partners, Inc. and LPI Financial Services, Inc., filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas unaudited and unreviewed monthly operating reports for the Company and its direct and indirect subsidiaries for the month ended September 30, 2016 (the “Monthly Operating Reports”). The Monthly Operating Reports are attached to this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 through Exhibit 99.3 and are incorporated herein by reference.
