Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 1 and July 5, 2016, respectively, Mr. Scott Sensenbrenner and Ms. Sunitha Chundru Samuel resigned as directors of Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”). Neither of their resignations were due to a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
