On November 6, 2015, Thomas J. Baldwin resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of ROI Acquisition Corp. II (the “Company”). The resignation of Mr. Baldwin is not due to any disagreement with the Company and was effective as of November 6, 2015.
