Other Events.

On February 18, 2014, Chelsea Therapeutics International, Ltd. issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration had granted accelerated approval of Northera™ (droxidopa) for the treatment of symptomatic neurogenic orthostatic hypotension. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
