On ~~October~~November 1718, 2011, China Infrastructure Investment Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1, reporting that the Company received a letter on November 16, 2011 from The Nasdaq Stock Market ~~LLC~~ (“Nasdaq”), ~~which~~indicating ~~stated~~ that the Nasdaq ~~Staff~~Hearings Panel has ~~made~~determined anto ~~additional~~deny ~~determination~~the ~~that~~Company’s ~~the~~appeal ~~actions~~for ~~taken~~continued bylisting ~~the~~on ~~Company~~Nasdaq, ~~with~~and ~~respect~~that totrading ~~substantial~~of ~~loans~~the ~~and~~Company’s ~~advances~~shares ~~made~~will tobe ~~related~~suspended ~~parties,~~effective ~~which~~at ~~actions~~the ~~were~~open ~~disclosed~~of inbusiness aon ~~Current~~Friday, ~~Report~~November on18, ~~Form~~2011. The Company ~~previously~~is ~~disclosed~~considering inat athis ~~Current~~time ~~Report~~whether onit ~~Form~~will ~~8-K~~request ~~filed~~that ~~on September 7, 2011,~~ the ~~receipt of a letter (the “Letter”) from~~ Nasdaq ~~informing the Company that Nasdaq would delist the Company’s securities as a result of the Company’s failure to regain compliance with~~ Listing ~~Rule~~and ~~5550(a)(2)~~Hearings ~~prior~~Council toreview the ~~expiration~~decision of the ~~relevant compliance period. On September 13, 2011, the Company formally appealed the determination to delist for failure to regain compliance with the~~ Nasdaq ~~bid price requirements and a hearing is scheduled for October 27, 2011 (the “~~Hearing”) Panel.
