The stock option grant was approved by~~ the ~~Board of~~Company’s ~~Directors~~Audit ofCommittee, ~~the~~Compensation ~~Company~~Committee atand ~~the~~Nominating ~~time~~Committee, ofeffective Mrimmediately. From March 2003 to Novemb er 2005, Mr. Niu served as the ~~date~~Chief Executive Officer of ~~termination~~Beijing Dovon Net Company Limited, a financial investment company, and was responsible for financing and investment communications. ~~All Options~~ ~~that~~From ~~are~~March ~~vested~~2000 atto December 2002, Mr. Niu served as the ~~time~~Assistant ofto ~~termination~~the Chief Executive Officer of ~~employment~~Shidean ~~must~~(Shenzhen) ~~be exercised~~Technologies ~~within~~Company 30Limited, ~~days~~an ofelectronic ~~termination~~intelligent security company, ~~provided~~and was responsible for managing the company’s Electronic Research Center and building intelligent electronic systems. From September 1999 to July 2000, ~~however~~Mr. Niu served as an Associate Professor at Macau University. From March 1995 to August 1996, ~~that~~Mr. Niu served as the ~~Options~~Vice ~~may be~~General ~~immediately~~Manager ~~cancelled~~of byChina ~~the~~Golden Net Investment Company ifLimited, a financial investment company, and was responsible for website operation and investment. Mr. ~~Jiang’s~~Niu ~~employment~~received isa ~~terminated for~~PhD ~~Cause~~in international finance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2008.

~~Item~~There 7are no arrangements or understandings between Mr.01 ~~Regulation~~Niu FDand ~~Disclosure~~any other persons pursuant to which Mr. Niu was selected as a director. Mr. Niu has not been a party to any transaction requiring disclosure pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.

On June 17, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing the pricing of its public offering of 3,350,000 shares of the Company’s common stock. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and the information therein is incorporated herein by reference.

On June 21, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing the grant of the Options to Mr. Jiang. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and the information therein is incorporated herein by reference.
