On ~~October~~ 22November 30, 2010, ~~the~~Cynthia ~~Registrant (“Company”) dismissed Enterprise CPAs,~~DeMonte ~~Ltd.~~and asMatthew ~~its~~Schilowitz ~~independent~~were ~~registered~~both ~~public~~appointed ~~accounting~~to ~~firm~~fill ~~due~~existing tovacancies ~~the change~~on in the Company’s ~~management.~~Board ~~Enterprise~~of ~~CPAs, Ltd.~~Directors ~~acted~~in asaccordance with the ~~Company’s~~written ~~independent~~consent ~~registered~~of ~~public accounting firm~~majority ~~for~~of ~~the~~directors ~~fiscal~~dated ~~years~~November ~~ended February 28~~30, 2010. ~~and~~Neither ~~2009~~Ms. ~~With~~DeMont ~~the~~nor ~~approval~~Mr. ofSchilowitz ~~the~~had ~~Company’s~~any ~~Board~~prior ofrelationship ~~Directors,~~with ~~Liebman Goldberg & Hymowitz, LLP was engaged as~~ the Company~~’s independent registered public accounting firm~~.

She ~~Hymowitz,~~is ~~LLP, neither~~ the ~~Company~~founder ~~nor~~and ~~anyone~~owner onof ~~its~~DeMonte ~~behalf~~Associates, ~~consulted~~a ~~Liebman~~boutique ~~Goldberg~~marketing &communications ~~Hymowitz,~~firm ~~LLP~~since ~~with~~1995, ~~respect to any~~having ~~accounting~~represented orover ~~auditing~~two ~~issues~~hundred ~~involving~~public ~~the~~and ~~Company.~~private Inentities ~~particular,~~with ~~there~~functions ~~was no~~ranging ~~discussion~~from ~~with~~investor ~~the~~relations ~~Company~~to ~~regarding~~strategic ~~the~~marketing. ~~Enterprise~~Mr. Schilowitz ~~CPAs~~has over twenty-five years of experience in large-scale real estate and construction development, in both domestic and international ~~Ltd~~arenas. Most ~~performed~~recently, ~~audits~~he acquired and redeveloped the Acanto Hotel, one of the ~~Company’s~~most ~~consolidated~~successful ~~financial~~boutique ~~statements~~hotels in Playa del Carmen, ~~for~~Mexico. Mr. Schilowitz additionally owns and operates 4 residential and commercial buildings in the ~~two~~Playa ~~fiscal~~del ~~years~~Carmen ~~ended~~area ~~February~~is ~~28,~~planning ~~2010~~the expansion and ~~2009~~development of the “Acanto” brand on 21 acres of property in the Caribbean. ~~Enterprise~~Prior ~~CPAs~~to this acquisition, ~~Ltd~~Mr. Schilowitz founded and grew ~~reports~~a ~~did~~large ~~not~~real ~~contain~~estate anconstruction ~~adverse~~and ~~opinion~~development orcompany in Long Island, New York. He was responsible for the construction and development of a multitude ~~disclaimer~~of single-family homes, including the creation of ~~opinion~~seven residential developments and the development of several commercial ~~were~~properties. Mr. ~~not~~Schilowitz ~~qualified~~holds ora ~~modified~~B.A. asin toBusiness ~~uncertainty~~Administration from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. He is a Founder, Builder ~~audit~~and ~~scope~~Trustee of The Hampton Synagogue, orThe ~~accounting~~Westhampton Beach Performing ~~principles~~Arts Center, The North American Board of Rabbis and other not- for-profit causes.

During the two fiscal years ended February 28, 2010 and 2009, there were no (i) disagreements between the Company and Enterprise CPAs, Ltd. on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure, which disagreements, if not resolved to its satisfaction, would have caused Enterprise CPAs, Ltd. to make reference to the subject matter of such disagreements in connection with its report, or (ii) “reportable events,” as described in Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K.

The Company has requested that Enterprise CPAs, Ltd. furnish the Company with a letter addressed to the SEC stating whether or not it agrees with the above statements.
