Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On December 31, 2009, Otter Tail Ag Enterprises, LLC (the “Company”) mailed a letter to members of the Company, regarding the Company’s progress toward a plan of reorganization and soliciting interest from current members residing in Minnesota in connection with a potential registered intra-state offering. The letter provides current members with information regarding informational meetings which are being held to provide current members with further information as it becomes available.

This current report on Form 8-K is being furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
