Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers

On June 17, 2009, Wiliam E. Schloth tendered his resignation to the Board of Directors of Future Now Group, Inc. (the “Company”) from his positions as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, effective June 19, 2009. Mr. Schloth will remain a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
