Item 1.03

Bankruptcy or Receivership.

The January 15, 2009, quarterly interest payments due on both Forster Drilling Corporation's Senior and Subordinated Notes ("the Notes") are delinquent. As such, the Corporation is in technical default under the Note covenants. The Notes are secured by substantially all of the Corporation's assets.
