Resignation of the Interim Chief Financial Officer

China Water and Drinks Inc. (the “Company”) has been operating with an interim Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Hu Wen Ding, since November 14, 2007.

With the assistance of Heckmann Corporation, a company with which the Company has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger dated May 19, 2008, the Company has commenced its search for, and identified, desirable candidates with significant finance, accounting and U.S. capital markets experience to serve as a permanent Chief Financial Officer.

The Company expects to appoint a permanent Chief Financial Officer at such time that an appropriate employment arrangement is reached between the Company and such permanent Chief Financial Officer, which the Company expects will occur in the third quarter of 2008.

Effective June 18, 2008, Mr. Hu Wen Ding resigned from his position as interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company. There were no disagreements between Mr. Hu and the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
