Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 1, 2007, CrossPoint Energy Company (“CrossPoint”) received $520,000 for its share (65%) of a 3D seismic data license fee granted by Chevron U.S.A. Inc. (a 35% owner), covering the Hoskins Mound Field Area.
