On March 9, 2007, InfoSearch Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced that it had commenced a review of certain transactions in the Company’s common stock that may have involved the improper issuance of shares of its common stock without a restrictive legend. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
