Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 10, 2024, Eva Redhe, an independent director on the Board of Directors of Enphys Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Company”), informed the Company that she has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company, including from her committee positions on the audit committee, the compensation committee, and the nominating and corporate governance committee, effective immediately. Ms. Redhe has served as a director of the Company since 2021. Ms. Redhe's decision to resign is due to personal reasons and is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter.
