In addition, on September 21, 2017, the Company issued a capital call notice to its investors that have committed to purchase Common Units. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Bakhru is obligated to make a capital contribution of $3,000 on September 28, 2017 out of his $100,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 30.26 Common Units to Mr. Bakhru, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
