On January 16, 2015, April 17, 2015, July 17, 2015 and October 16, 2015, dividends on these shares were paid and automatically reinvested by the Compensation Plan Trust in additional Class A Common Stock for the benefit of Mr. Myers in the amounts of 14.4643 shares, 15.5487 shares, 17.4278 shares, and 17.7618 shares, respectively.
