Biddle Irrevocable Trust and the Charles D. Urstadt Irrevocable Trust (for each of which trusts Mr. Urstadt is the sole trustee) are the limited partners, results in Mr. Urstadt beneficially owning 3,363,786 shares of Common Stock.
