One fourth of the options vested and became exercisable on 11/14/2006, one fourth of the options vested and became exercisable on 11/14/2007, one fourth of the options will vest and become exercisable on 11/14/2008 and the remaining quarter vests and becomes exercisable on 11/14/2009.
