Randgold & Exploration Company Limited (“Randgold & Exploration”) issued a statement dated April 25, 2007, in response to the statement by Johann Blersch and Tom Dale, dated March 9, 2007, attached hereto as Annex 1, handed out to Randgold & Exploration’s shareholders at the commencement of the general meeting of Randgold & Exploration’s shareholders that took place on March 9, 2007.
