In addition, Signature International, Inc. returned 10,000,000 Shares of common stock of Tong Ah Global Ventures Corp. for cancellation. In consideration for this action, Signature International, Inc. agreed to pay and deliver to FS Capital Markets Group Inc. 100,000 shares of newly issued restricted common stock of Signature International, Inc.
