Other Events.

On November 21, 2025, Eversource Energy issued a news release on the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority’s decision to reject the proposed sale of the Aquarion Water Company to the South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference hereto.
