On November 14, 2025, Scholar Rock Holding Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
