On November 4, 2025, Phibro Animal Health Corporation issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on its Class A common stock and Class B common stock, payable on December 17, 2025, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 26, 2025.
