On October 8, 2025, TopBuild Corp., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the completion of the acquisition of SPI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, doing business as Specialty Products & Insulation (the “Transaction”). The Press Release, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 of this Current Report on Form 8-K, is incorporated by reference in this Item 8.01.
