Departure of Director

On June 26, 2025, Robert A. Katz, member of the Board of Directors of YETI Holdings, Inc. (“YETI” or the “Company”), provided notice of his resignation from the Board of Directors of YETI, effective June 27, 2025, to focus on his role as the Chief Executive Officer at Vail Resorts. Mr. Katz’s decision to resign is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company, the Company’s management or the Board of Directors of the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. YETI thanks Mr. Katz for his service on the Board of Directors and wishes him well in his other professional endeavors.
